Our Services

  • Anger Management

Men’s anger management is offered in a group setting or one-on-one for anyone wanting a customized care plan. Anger management services are always facilitated by men with the unique needs of men in mind. There is a $75 assessment fee for all participants and each session is $35/week (group) or $60/week (individual).

  • Individual Therapy

Our clinicians are trained to address a myriad of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and men’s issues. We offer low-cost options with Associate therapists ($125/session) as well as therapy with a licensed clinician ($175/session).

  • Group Therapy

CBT groups are available to men and women experiencing mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety. Groups run for 70 minutes and are limited to a maximum of 7 participants. There is a $75 assessment fee, and each weekly session is $65.

  • Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision is offered to therapists who are registered in California, Oregon, or Washington. Choose between individual ($95/hour) or group ($75/2hours) supervision. A free 15-minute consultation is required before entering into a supervision agreement.

  • Free Support Groups

We currently offer a Strategic Parenting group designed to help single mothers and new mothers navigate the challenges associated with parenting. This group is designed to help moms create a supportive community where ideas can be exchanged, and mothers can learn strategies for taking care of themselves.

Our men’s group was established with the unique needs of men in mind. We’re here to help you develop a greater sense of purpose and navigate relationship issues, employment challenges, low self-esteem, loneliness, and lack of motivation.

Be sure to visit our website often for updates about group offerings.

  • Clinical Consultation

Our consultation group is for graduate students and associates who seek additional support with identifying clinical interventions or navigating complex cases. The group is not intended to take the place of supervision or provide legal advice. Be sure to always consult with your immediate supervisor, licensing board, and/or professional membership organization (e.g. CAMFT, NASW) to address legal and ethical issues. Consultation is $5 per participant.
